# **Documentation and getting started**

Ordering a service, accessing it and running it day to day. Our support team answers 24/7 for anything not covered here.

## **Getting started in four steps**

### **1. Choose your plan**

Compare ranges and prices on the Pricing page. Every family — dedicated server, VPS, cPanel hosting, application — is listed there with its available configurations.

### **2. Place your order**

Add the configuration to the cart and confirm the order. Nothing is charged at this step: an invoice is issued in your customer area.

### **3. Pay the invoice**

Payment happens in your secure customer area. The service is provisioned as soon as the invoice is settled.

### **4. Manage your services**

The customer area brings together your services, domain names and invoices. Shared hosting is managed from cPanel; dedicated servers and VPS ship with root access.

## **Frequently asked questions**

Shared hosting and applications are provisioned automatically once the invoice is paid. A dedicated server requires hardware preparation: the lead time is confirmed when you order.
